Geobacillus stearothermophilus ATCC® 7953 spores inoculated on poliflex coupons for vaporized hydrogen peroxide sterilization control
USP (United States Pharmacopoeia), EP (European Pharmacopoeia) and DAB (Deutsches Arzneibuch) standards recommend to use bioindicators during sterilization processes. Biological indicators Oxi Control GST E6/E5/E4/E3 PLX are used for regular control of vaporized hydrogen peroxide surface sterilization cycles and validation of sterilizers. These biological indicators use a poliflex support (coupon), that is not permeable to hydrogen peroxide.
