The company was founded in 1990 by Dr. Márta Csajka and Dr. Tibor Frank. The aim was to provide our healthcare customers with high quality laboratory reagents. We focused primarily on immunodiagnostics and antibodies, this range has since expanded, just as non-medical customers have also been included among our customers, primarily pharmaceutical and food quality assurance laboratories. We exclusively represent nearly twenty internationally significant diagnostic reagent manufacturers in the domestic market.

 In addition to diagnostics, we are also supplying more and more laboratory instruments and equipment to our customers, and in addition to immune reagents, the proportion of molecular biological responses is increasing.
Our philosophy has remained unchanged since its founding in 1990. This is based on the fact that we do our work with the best interests of our customers, in a human-faced and non-alienated way. In this area of trade, characterized by so many unique customer wishes and demands, we have achieved and prove our customers’ trust every day. We consider it essential that due to the subsequent change of circumstances our customers should not suffer any disadvantages or damage.
 It is in this spirit that our team of thirteen performs its activities. All members of the team are in contact with our customers. We have experienced and prepared representatives of our company who visit our customers, in the number of four. Five colleagues work in the import, warehouse management, delivery note issuing, invoicing, and two of our driving colleagues work in the field of warehouse and transport. The rest are in the office secretarial and accounting work. Maintenance of imported instruments and equipment is ensured by our full-time service engineer.
In order to guarantee the quality of our work, we obtained ISO 9001:2001 certification in 2001 and have since re-certified ourselves annually. This, together with our experienced, accustomed staff, is the guarantee of meeting your needs in a complete and uncompromising manner.
